Privacy fencing – more privacy and style in your garden

🪴 Privacy fencing – more privacy and style in your garden

What makes privacy fencing special?

A privacy fence with creative fence printing protects specific areas of your property, such as a pool, sauna or cosy seating area. It is not always just about keeping out prying eyes. An unattractive view can also be elegantly hidden and improved at the same time.

Effective privacy fencing starts at around 1.80 metres high, significantly exceeding classic garden fences. Individual fence strips can also be designed to reach head height – ideal for wind protection, child safety or enclosing pet areas.

👷‍♂️ Material choice: Wood, plastic, metal or modern WPC elements – choose what you like and what suits your style.

Legal considerations for privacy fencing

Above a certain height, a privacy fence counts as a structure and may require permission. The exact rules vary by German federal state. Living boundaries such as hedges are also subject to the relevant neighbour law.

🗣️ Tip: talk to your neighbours before installation to avoid potential conflicts early.

Create your own personal privacy screen

Printed privacy fencing stands out with weatherproof, UV-resistant strips in wood, stone or nature designs. A matt surface creates a particularly natural appearance. Especially popular are individual designs with personal meaning, which can be created using an online editor.

📏 Before starting, carefully measure your garden fence using a tape measure, folding rule and spirit level. A simple top view usually suffices; special structures also benefit from a side view.
